MISSION
To provide the best possible sporting experience for everyone involved with our Club regardless of their age, sexuality, gender, ethnic origin or ability. We offer coaching in an atmosphere that is conducive to the development of every young person in terms of technical ability, self-discipline, good behaviour and teamwork.
CLUB PHILOSOPHY
At Lammack Football Club we recognise that young people participate in football to make friends, develop as players and to enjoy playing the game. We therefore strive to deliver coaching sessions and games that can meet these needs, regardless of a player’s technical, social, psychological or physical development.
We do this by providing each player with sufficient game time to allow them to develop, invest in our coaches so that they understand the needs of young people and challenge our teams to be the best that they can be.
